I initially tested Mint Mobile a few years ago, finding a cheaper solution than T-Mobile. I don't remember why I jumped ships from Mint to Visible to Google Fi. Anyways, I'm back in the Mint Mobile family. Porting to Mint is easy and I was up and running in less than 30 mins. Service is great in the DFW area. Called comes in loud and clear, well at least on my Google Pixel 3 phone. Mileage will vary by device. 4G LTE speed is great but throttle due to any MVNO being a lower tier on any network. What is great is the price. Price is excluding taxes for the service, like the 911 fee. Price for the whole year is unbeatable and pays for itself in less than 4 months compare to a 1 plan line from any major carrier. Another plus is that Mint runs off of the T-Mobile infrastructure and you also get 5G (depends if your phone can support T-mobile's 5G network.) Overall, I'm glad to be back. One less bill to worry about.

The service is good but be weary of phone compatibility. It told me my phone was compatible and it wasn't. I had already activated it and was temporarily using another number for a bit bc I lost my phone. They were unable to transfer my data even though I was told it's possible. So I wasted 45 dollars on service I cannot return or use bc mint won't offer refund and best buys return policy is extremely short. I would recommend service but bear in mind a lot of setting up is manual and this particular incident left a bad taste in my mouth

The Mint self-activation process is fast and easy, and the price is certainly unbeatable. So far, the Mint mobile network (T-Mobile) has been working flawlessly. Too bad this is only a one-time deal otherwise I would have bought several more!

Works exactly as advertised. I'm really cheapness it comes to mobile service, was using FreedomPop (until they randomly killed my account for absolutely no reason), so yes, was very ghetto with my service. using Mint is a massive upgrade, night and day difference, couldn't be happier.

Good deal, good network, very satisfied. Always good deals at Best Buy. Happy purchases no worries only at Best Buy. Awesome as usual!

this plan is very good for short term user. 5GB data is enough for watching youtube when you cannot connect your home or office network. Mint mobile signal is strong as T mobile.

After having a lot of issues with Google Fi Unlimited, my wife and I started to research on the Web about Mint Mobile; we were comparing Mint Mobile Unlimited features and benefits against others carriers. At the end, we decided to switch to Mint Mobile Unlimited Plan for so many reasons, we successfully transferred our existing phone numbers without any issue, it was very fast. Now we are saving a lot of money each month, without sacrificing anything, the 5G network coverage is excellent. You just need to have an unlocked phone, preferably a 5G compatible factory unlocked phone, purchase the Sim card kit, and setup your account, and that's it!

I bought this cause I was spending 70$ a month on T-Mobile and they use T-Mobile, so I thought I’d give it a shot. The changeover was easier than I thought just need your account number and pin. Can’t tell the difference between my coverage and saving ~35$ a month.

Was looking to switch from my current operator and had got reviews from my friends about mint mobile(cheap with good network), Got a great deal on deal of day and currently using mint mobile and all I can say "No complaints" on switching on Mint mobile.

Got this for my gf while she was trying to get a job so she'd have a number to give employers very reasonable price for 3 months IMO

Straight forward mobile service, easy to set up, fairly priced!

Mint Mobile is the best. It just is the most cost effective way to stay connected. i get normal T mobile speeds - which is pretty good. I use it with google voice. So i dont mind changing my number every 3 months - effectively using my google voice number as my mainstay.

The deal on this is great. No complaints about the service so far

Great product- easy activation and great service and value and I did not need to enter a credit card to complete activation which was nice considering I'm trying the service, but so far so good I've been to Florida, St Louis ,over to North Carolina and back down and I think I had service the entire time on 5G. Looks like I'll be signing up for this plan when this one expires in 2 months

I was looking for a good connection with Good service and pretty cheap, it's so far excellent.

15 GB/month for 3 months is good deal with $30 gift card. Only problem I had was with the Google Message RCS chat. It kept using the temp number assigned until the port is done after the port was completed. I was finally able to resolve it with a little research and Mint resetting my number on their network to make sure it does not happen again. You need to go to the Message app under Settings and clear the Cache and Storage.

We switched from Verizon to Mint as there was a huge difference in the cost. The connection was great with enough data to surf for the entire month. But it has coverage issues. When i was in philadelphia i never had any issue with mint but as soon as i moved to Pittsburgh the connection was never available. I am still struggling with it. So please check the coverage in your area before buying. It has good international roaming option.
