45 days or do I eat this purchase at a loss?

This SIM says I have until 10/15/2024 and my current service live for months more than those 45 days. Which is true?

Service can be spotty in some areas but overall I’ve had a positive experience on Mint. They have great promotions and prices. Port-in was simple. I also got a new sim and set up a new number very easily.

Customer service, what is that?

I accidentally tried to activate a phone that was still locked to another carrier, so had to port my number from Mint within the same day (didn't even get to make a single call or data/texts etc.). When I contacted them back to see if I could use the SIM/6months service package on another phone, they flatly refused. I even said I can pay for a new SIM, just let me reuse my unused (remaining) 4-5 months, answer was flatly 'NO'!

Happened on 2 accounts. Contacted MintMobile on numerous occasions, Mint said to follow up with BestBuy and BestBuy said to follow up with Mint.

Mint and Best Buy would not honor this SIM card

Both Mint and Best buy made it impossible for me to use this. Now I am out of $210 and I have a SIM card that I cannot use
