This is really easy to set up, takes a few minutes, and doesn't require a credit card. I was able to try the service for a week, and found out that tmobile service doesn't work well in my home. However, the ease of use and setup is pretty good. This sim card does it's job since it has service for 7 days. It works better when you are in a city, or near a central area. Mint works outside fine for me, just not in my home so unfortunately I'm not going to go with Mint/or any tmobile.

I have been paying costly services with major carriers for years (and I am still :\ ); and have been leery in purchasing a prepaid phone... However, after upgrading my phone with one of the major carriers, I gave my older phone to a younger family member, purchased and added this starter kit. The service and features are excellent for just a portion of the cost with major cellular companies. Now I'm looking forward to saving $$ on my current phone once eligibility to unlock the phone is available.

They also provide 1 weeks worth of service, so you can try them out or you can jump right in and they’ll refund you the purchase of this kit ($5) to your account. I got they’re deal of unlimited talk, text, data for $90/3 months. So far I’m enjoying the service and I like that I don’t have to worrying about my phone bill for the next 3 months.

Then has a second sims card for 30 day. Keep your Trial number or transfer your existing phone number. Full plans begin as low as $15 dollars a month. Works well after setup. Used 3 while trying to decide which device I wanted to purchase.

As with most technology there are a few hurdles to claer. You half to get your current carrier to unlock you phone, get a transfer pinn but after that the process is pretty straight forward. With mint I am getting 3 months service for what straight talk cost for 1. So great savings. Service seams of equal quality. Overal the choice to switch was a good choice

The mint Mobile SIM kit for $5 is an easy and inexpensive way to test the compatibility of your phone and also to test cell phone signal strength from T-Mobile cell towers. It comes with two Sims. The first one you activate with a trial phone number to test compatibility and signal strength. Then if that was all good you put in the second Sim and you can activate and port in your old number if you like.
