I bought a stereo for my Tacoma that was compatible with a SIM card for stand alone usage as a streaming device. After MINT for a year… spectacular. Meets all my streaming needs, thought it does get spotty depending on where you go but overall, very reliable service for something you want to operate as a standalone device aside from your main celular device or if you’re seeking a secondary one.

Easy to use and straight forward

Which by the way was very well done and helpful for anyone who might not be the most experienced. But since I'm a tech geek, it was no problem for me. The whole port process went smoothly, but for some reason I got the number from the trial SIM number showing up in my phones setting, but when people would call and text my actual phone number it went through just fine. Just a minor complaint, but non the less the SIM kit worked as advertised.

The only issue I have with the seven-day trial is that you have to pay for service before you can actually transfer your number.

The trial is only good for a limited amount of minutes/data. Using it sparingly, it lasted less 24-hours. Service did work very well in the areas (Boston; Eastern Massachusetts).

Their plans are cheap yet the service is reliable. The app and website are easy to navigate as will. With this $5 kit I got $5 off automatically when I bought the full plan. Don't be alarmed if you plug the sim in and it gives you a new number automatically. Just follow their porting instructions and your old number will be assigned to the other sim. Whichever sim you start with will be assigned the new number though.
