Used to have ADT but the service fees is wicked expensive. I've been looking for a motion alarm system for a few years now and finally saw this product (Minut Point). It's extremely easy to install and setup. Just note that it needs with Wifi, so if your Wifi goes down than Minut Point will not work.

Good stuff... for short term rentals and places you can’t always be there in person. I can be a security alarm too. You need WiFi

I would have given 5 stars but the mounting is a little flimsy.
