Great for the price!
PostedBeing that the MIO Moov 310 is very new, I have found that the maps are pretty up-to-date. I love the large screen and the variety of map views to choose from. Also, I love that the system speaks the "turn right" or "turn left" with the actual name of the street you are turning on (instead of just saying turn right in 300 feet). I have signed up for the free year of the traffic report, but when I attempted to use it, there were currently no traffic incidents (I do not know if this has to do with the traffic reporter or that there were actually no incidents). I am a little disappointed that there is no AC adapter, but they do provide a USB cable and car charger which will do. I have found that the battery life does not last very long. I do want to note that the system can either be mounted to the window or the dash. But warning, if you decide to mount it to the dash...make sure you mount if right the first time because the adhesive thing is a pain to get off!! Although this system has a few cons, I really believe the pros out weigh them. I really love the system and enjoy using it. For the amazing price, you get a lot of product. I would definitly recommend this to anyone who is unable to afford an actual in-dash GPS system.

Mio is the best brand in GPS
PostedI find the address entering on Mios a lot more intuitive than even high-end Garmin GPSes (Garmin, as far as I'm concerned, doesn't know how to make good user interfaces at all). The speed of the animation while you're driving is also extremely fast compared to Garmin. I owned a Mio C310x (stolen), Garmin Nuvi 350, and now this. I originally purchased the C310x because it was on sale and cheap at the time. I was very impressed - it just works. Garmin Nuvi 350 was purchased 2 days ago since my Mio got stolen. Even though its more expensive and from a supposedly a top brand name, it's nothing that the C310x was. It's 1 FPS rendering speed made it an impractical GPS. (What's the use of showing me a turn AFTER I had already turned?) Today I bought the Mio Moov 310 to replace the Garmin. Once again, Mio delivered nicely. Given the lower price, better rendering speed, and more intuitive interface, I don't understand why Garmin is still considered good.

MIO MOOV 310
PostedI just recently purchased the Mio Moov 310 and had to return to write review to possibly save you from making a mistake. Although I have not been able to test it in an area I am not familiar with, I can say it has been very inaccurate. It took me to the very last turn in directions only to tell me to take a U-turn and go back down the road which was going away from where I wanted to go. I was going to a gas station and it brought me to Bob Evans. I have used other GPS units and I am going to be returning this one. I gotta have something I can trust. If it is inaccurate in places I know, it has to be inaccurate in places I dont know. I want to arrive at my destination. Not taken for a joy ride and ending up in the wrong place.

Great GPS
PostedBought GPS as a gift for wife. I installed the system myself in about 5 mins. Left for a trip and took it along with us and it help us out tremendously. Finds anything near by and keeps up very well at highway speeds. Would suggest this product to anyone who wants to get a GPS system for their vehicle.

Excellent Choice
PostedI bought this on the recomendation of a relative. He is not very good at setting electronic things up and had no difficulty at all. I set mine up in a very few minutes and it has been very accurate. The speaking of street names is a plus also. The price I paid is a bargain for a 4.3 screen.
