A very heartwarming message for all ages !! Miracle on 34th Street should be watched at family time and not just during the Holidays!! Santa Claus reminds me of my Grandfather and the times we had together. Times that live on in my memory!! Santa Claus is like family.

Just what I was hoping for. It came so quickly too! Definitely will enjoy this Christmas season!

This is my only favorite version of this movie, as no one plays the role of Santa Clause better than Edmund Gwen, also starring Maureen O'Hara, John Payne, and Natalie Wood. This movie is about a Macy's Department Store Santa, who proclaims to be the REAL Santa Claus. He spreads Christmas cheer throughout NYC by telling the children's parents to go to other stores in order to make their Christmas wishes come true & putting the kids' wishes ahead of Macy's sales.

There's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said about this movie; it's a true Christmas classic. I was pleasantly surprised by the extra features included on the disc - Maureen O'Hara's commentary and the other accounts really help create a complete picture of the joys, challenges, and unique aspects surrounding this movie that you might not have otherwise known. Overall, I was very happy with this purchase.

Viewing this movie in theatres and on TV has always been a pleasure. The TV versions usually filled with commercials, had that used film look. The quality was poor, with scratches. This 70th anniversary version is so pristine, it's a real treat and pleasure to view and own it. Miracle on 34th Street is a Christmas present those who love movies should own.

One of my favorite movies for the holidays, excellent acting and what a great story. The only thing wrong with this version is that it is not colorized, but for the realist this is perfect in stunning black and white, which I did not mind because I enjoy the original version but would have loved to see it colorized. Enjoy this great Christmas movie, you won't be disappointed.

Santa is indeed alive in this timeless film. I never saw it until I purchased it. It will have you believing in Santa all over again. There are still good people on this Earth.

It had been a long time since I saw this movie and I wanted my 9 yr old to see it. It was every bit as good as I remembered and my daughter enjoyed it as well. The only knock I have is that there's a colorized version of this movie out there and even though my daughter is good about seeing this movie (and It's a Wonderful Life) in their original B&W form, it would have been nice if they included the color version as well. I have It's a Wonderful Life on blu-ray and have watched it 5 times with my daughter, one of those times in color - it's a nice option to have.

A must have blu ray if you love Christmas movies. This is a classic. They show this movie every year with “Its a wonderful life “ since I was kid. I still watch the movies every year. Never get old. Great movies to watch with the family!!!

This is such a heartwarming, classic holiday film. The updated and modern cover art looks great, and the black and white movie stays true to the original, with a clear and crisp color and sound. The digital copy included is a great bonus!

A retro 40's wonderful Christmas movie that has had generations of people fall in love with it! They haven't been able to make a remake that could even touch it. The original is the best! This also has nice special features as a bonus!

Great video. Being a Blu-ray, it seems to have the slightly improved picture and sound that you usually get when upgrading an older movie. It’s also a great Christmas movie if you are someone who has never watched the movie.

I had gotten this DVD for Christmas from my husband. I wanted the original version with Natalie Wood. It reminds of when I was little, and I would watch with my parents. Now, I can watch with my kids, and it's all new to them. It's always amazing to watch through a younger ones eyes. For me it brings back fond memories, while creating new ones at the same time.

This is a great christmas classic and the bluray version does an excellent job at the better video quality, as well as having the digital hd code.

With stars like- Edmund Gwenn, Maureen O'Hara, John Payne, Gene Lockhart, Natalie Wood, Porter Hall, William Frawley, Jerome Cowan, Philip Tonge .This 1947 classic is the best. Watch it now.

Excellent Movie! A Classic!! Always purchase movies from Best Buy. Fast, convenient, and reasonable priced. Could purchase from Amazon but choose to use Best Buy.

One of the annual movies watched by the family before Christmas. Best Buy had some great deals, so picked up the Blu-Ray with digital code so can now watch anytime we want. Great movie, great price. Perfect.

It's a great movie. I didn't realize they had it in Blu-ray until I ran across it in the store. They had a decent price for the movie so I bought it.

Purchased this movie for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. Its a classic movie and in blu ray its even better. I think some of the older movies are better in the original black and white format. This one did not disappoint.

Excellent movie. I don't know why people complain about it not being in color. It was filmed in black and white. In my opinion if you colorize a black and white movie it doesn't seem right.
