Only small issue it that the lever that props open to adjust height is hard to open. I need to use a utensil to open it. However, I still love the product. Works great! Easy to use.

Couldn't use due to washout

Washout is hard to avoid where any light is present. Only for use with a quality screen and in dark rooms.

The plug and play feature is perfect and it also comes with multiple international outlet configurations which makes it even easier to travel abroad with it. Highly recommended!!!!
