    I haven't owned a baseball video game since Ken Griffey Jr. On the SNES, and the last few times I've tried to get back into them I was out off by complicated and\or frustrating controls, too many online trophies\achievements, and completely unfulfilling single player campaigns. The tutorial on this helps you select your favorite control scheme, batting preferences, and gives you a useful rundown of how to play, Road to the Show is fun, Diamond Dynasty is mostly enjoyable but can get a little irritating until you have good cards, and franchise mode is fun, but doesn't have much in the way of missions to earn stubs, which are needed to buy cards or packs of random cards to use in Diamond Dynasty mode. If you've been out of the game like I have, this is the perfect title to get you back into it!

    Haven't gotten a baseball game in forever. Finally decided to purchase this since my kids started playing. Blown away by the graphics and the amount of detail the game has. Very realistic modes and great game play. Play this a lot.

    Before I purchased this season 17, I thought there is NO WAY it could get better than 16. I was totally wrong. This is the most realistic version yet. I can't stop playing it, it's that good. Must have if you like sports games.

    Best MLB game I've played. Love the RTTS game mode and being able to create your own character and choose your positions before working your way up to the big leagues. Online play is decent but not as engaging in my opinion.
