I'm a fan of Baseball & I love to watch it & play but guess this is the last one i buy. I played thru all the MLB The Show games from 15 to 23. Hopefully will be getting The Show 24 next year & I love this Captain's Editon with Derek Jeter on the cover. Part for my PS5 Collection!

Same game same play style. I still enjoyed this years installment of MLB the show. Looking forward to next seasons of mlb the show 2024.

I recently purchased MLB The Show 23: The Captain Edition for my PlayStation 4 and I have to say, I am absolutely blown away! This game has exceeded all of my expectations and has quickly become one of my favorite games to play. The graphics and gameplay are top-notch, and the attention to detail is truly remarkable. It really feels like you're watching a real baseball game as you take the field and compete against some of the best teams in the league. But what really sets this game apart is the "Captain Edition" aspect. The included hat is not only a cool bonus, but it adds a level of authenticity to the game that really immerses you in the experience. It's the perfect way to show your support for your favorite team while you're playing. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase of MLB The Show 23: The Captain Edition. Derek Jeter is one of the greatest ball players of all-time so I needed to have this edition for my collection. Very fun game and this edition is a great value. Very cool Steelbook and the hat is nicer than I thought it would be too!

I've been a MLB the show fan for a long time and I have to get the captain edition of MLB The Show 23. I picked up the game on a early release date and played it when I arrived home. The gameplay and graphics were very good. I'm waiting for Sony to give us a patch update so the Mets scoreboard can be fixed properly. By the look of it, it looked huge and awkward. lol!

This is the next MLB the show thus far. Realistic game play, the players look great and the legends are the cream of the crop!! To top it off, the steelbook is awesome!!

The new features and the graphics always gets me. Also the option of taking your picture and they put it on your player in the road to the show is awesome. The artwork is excellent too

Good to see Derek Jeter as an ambassador again for the great game of baseball. The hat is a nice addition, too.

Always love the special edition steelbook ones, the game itself has some online glitches in my opinion the show 22 was much smoother, but it’s still fun

Best installment yet. Looks amazing on PS5. The best part is the history of the of the (NBL) league that I cannot apparently mention because it deemed inappropriate to say through this software, shame, it’s history and safe to discuss so we can learn from each other. I learned so much and finally got the chance to get one of my favorite all time players on my dynasty team, legendary Buck O’Neil, an amazing human being.
