Hello and thank you for reaching out. The MobiCam like any device that operates by either WiFi or a tower has a factors of signal strength that must be considered. If the signal is strong you should display good picture and audio quality. The quality of the picture or audio will fade as the signal weakens. Moving the device to an area that is receiving strong signal is recommended. Also, if you have a dual-band router (2.4G and 5G) we recommend splitting the router. This is where each network is uniquely named and has its own password. This will prevent the incompatible network(s) from emitting charge over the compatible one which as a result will cause an interference in the device's connectability to the network it needs.

Hello and thank you for reaching out. We apologize for any confusion. However, the MobiCam HDX model is 100% mountable. Depending on how it was purchased the mounting kit may or may not have been within the packaging, but definitely a mounting kit can be purchased for this model.

Hello Angeliqua, thank you for reaching out. We apologize that you experienced difficulty with the MobiCam. When pairing the MobiCam we recommend placing the device in areas where the WiFi gives a good reception and adequate upload and download speeds for the MobiCam to operate as designed. If the upload and download speeds don't meet the required speeds for the device to operate as designed or the device is placed where there is a weak reception you may experience delays in video or static in the audio.

Hello Tony, thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the difficulty you experienced with pairing the MobiCam. It seems you may have had one of our HDX models that is only compatible with a 2.4GHz WiFi network. If you have a dual-band router that is both 2.4GHz and 5GHz and you only have one name and password, or two that are similar or the same in identity we recommend splitting the router. This is where each network has its own "unique" name and password. This will enable a connection to the network the device needs without interruption from an incompatible network. We recommend repositioning the device in an area where the reception is stronger which will allow your device to operate at its highest potential, as a result, the device will produce HD picture quality and good-quality audio as well. Hello and thank you for reaching out. We apologize that you experiencing poor video quality and audio from the MobiCam. Depending on the reception strength of the router and where the MobiCam is located will make a difference in the video and audio quality. Just like with a mobile device if the signal is weak the call is distorted or even dropped. The MobiCam needs a strong signal to operate as designed as well.
