To begin, ensure that you are pairing the device with a 2.4GHz WiFi network and that your mobile device is connected to the same network during the pairing process. NOTE** The MobiCam is ONLY compatible with a 2.4GHz WiFi network, so if you have a dual-band router that is both 2G and 5G and there is only one WiFi name and password or there are two names and passwords but they are either the same or very similar in identity, we recommend splitting the router. This is where each network (2G/5G) is "uniquely" named and has its own password. This will allow each network to operate without interference.       Hello and thank you for reaching out. When pairing the MobiCam ensure that you are pairing it to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. If you have a dual-band router (2.4G and 5G), we recommend splitting the router. This is where each network is uniquely named and has its own password. For example, accessing the 2.4G network will require one name/password and accessing the 5G network will require something uniquely different for name/password. Once this is done, you will prevent the potential of the incompatible network from emitting charge over the compatible network which as result interferes in the device's ability to solidify the connection.
