    It has connection issues and sometimes will randomly start moving when I’m not in the app or when I’ve turn it off

      Hello Gabbi, sorry for the connection issues you experienced. "Motion Tracking" can cause the device to move on its own. Do be advised you must unplug the device for it to be powered off. If issues persist please contact our Support Team for further assistance.

    It, good but the sounds sucks, cant hear much. Need to be worked on. Photos and videos are good.

    Great concept but the mic phone was just horrible. It also kept disconnecting and going offline. I was able to return this and go with a Wyze V4 cam for half the price of mobi. It has better specs and captures everything in 2K.

      Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize that you experienced difficulty with the MobiCam. When the device displays "offline" after being connected, it has lost its connection to the WiFi. There is a chance you have purchased one of the non-flexible 2.4G compatible devices. If you have a dual-band router that is both 2G and 5G we recommend splitting the router so that you can successfully pair the device and sustain a connection. Splitting the router consist of providing each network with its own "unique" SSID or WiFi name and password. With each network being "uniquely" named it will prevent any incompatible network from interfering with/emitting charges over the compatible network which results in the device not being able to connect to the network it needs. If you have access to your router settings you will be able to do this on your own. If you don't, you will need to contact your WiFi provider and they will be able to do this for you over the phone. Once the router is properly split, follow the steps provided in the MOBI App to pair your device.

    These cams have been great overall and saved us a number of times in situations where we needed to see a distant part of the house. You can be any number of miles away and still view a room scene. Even had one outdoors under a porch in the cold and it worked. Downside has been that when using the toggle to redirect the cam it can glitch and be nothing but pixels and snow until you unplug then plug in.

    Nice remote camera with good online features. Fairly easy to install app and connect with the device. We use it for the dogs. I like the option to talk to and hear what you are viewing- although I do not believe you can talk and hear at the same time- you have to change the settings.

    Love that it has virtually no lag and is very responsive. Hate that it DOES NOT work with Alexa and the controls to the camera make big jumps, if you need to move it left a little bit it does a big jump, is kinda hard to get the right angle.

    Operating the unit within the frame of the outline guidelines as stated in the manual. The unit performs within the middle of general acceptance. So I advise the purchaser of these kind of products. To thoroughly review all the units abilities the manufacturer documents that it can perform and understand each of the products reviews of the product other consumers have volunteered to be shared.     We bought this camera as a baby monitor since it was in the baby section. It worked ok for a week then out of the blue it stopped working. It happened to break after the “return window” expired. When it worked it was ok. It had a motion detection warning/notification setting. Unfortunately this is annoying as it’ll notify you of any shadow :/. The speaker and mic are very bad. The mic quality is very grainy and limited. I wouldn’t recommend this as a baby monitor. But maybe as a cheap alternative for a non essential security camera. Overall, it’ll be easier to just spend the money and get something more high quality right off the bat.

As this device requires your WiFi to operate, the reception/signal strength will make a difference in the device's performance. When the device shows a reception level under 90% the device has the potential to lose audio and/or video quality. We recommend moving the device to an area where the reception/signal strength is 90% or above.     It does what i needed it to do but it can be laggy at times. Also had trouble connecting our phones to it.

      Hello and thank you for reaching out. When it comes to the visual/audio lagging or having static, we recommend running a speed test of your Wi-Fi. To run a "speed test"
      Stand next to the location of your MobiCam.
      Put your cellphone in airplane mode and stay connected to the WiFi.
      Make sure your mobile device is connected to your 2.4GHz WiFi
      Open Google.com and search "speed test"
      Select "Run Speed Test"
      The recommended WiFi download speed is a minimum of 20 Mbps, and the recommended upload speed is a minimum of 10 Mbps.

      For best quality, we strongly recommend having a 40mbps download speed and an upload speed of at least 10Mbps to ensure flawless use, as our cameras offer HD live streaming. Our cameras will function on as little as 20mbps download speed with some delays in audio and video.

    Very easy to set up just link it to your wifi and all set! The camera quality is amazing for the prize! Plus the addable SD card to record is a great feature!
