    Cameras worked at first, we’ve now had it for a year and they are horrible. The picture quality is horrible and half the time we it’s blurry. Do not recommend, there are better options out there. Mobi would of a return if it was still in warranty time frame but it wasn’t.

Our manufacturer's warranty does only carry for a 90-day period, and when you register the device for an extended warranty it does carry a coverage period for up to one year.     we got this and installed on a iPad and it worked fine for us, whether you are working in basement or on the second floor of the house.

    Worked good for a few weeks. Now as soon as I go near it or touch the desk where it sits on, the camera restarts. It’s really annoying and unreliable. I just passed the return date so not sure what to do with this.

      Hello Quentin, Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the difficulty you are experiencing with the MobiCam. The MobiCam HDX originally is a 2.4GHz compatible device. If you have a dual-band router that is both 2G and 5G and there is only one name and password associated with your router or you have 2 names that are the same with the exception of _2G or _5G on the end we recommend splitting the router. This is where each network under your router is "uniquely" named and has its own password. Or contact MOBI Support at (323) 904-3000 and request the dual-band compatible HDX model of MobiCam that we recently launched.

    Unable to connect to an ASUS 802.11ax (WiFi 6) router even after splitting into 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz networks and disabling 802.11ax mode. Do not purchase if you have a modern router.

Also, when pairing the MobiCam, make sure you are connected to the same 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network you are pairing the MobiCam to. We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.

    Yes I bought this for my best friend when she moved, so she keep the other camera at the grandparents so they could use as a baby monitor when they watch their grandchild. The picture is really good and I love that the angle can be adjusted from your phone. The picture quality is even better than the much more expensive camera she had already.

    Had high hopes for these and was sorely disappointed and ended up returning them. I did everything instructed to do for these and they still wouldn’t work. I had a 2.4 gz wifi connection and did troubleshooting on them several times. I messed around with these cameras for hours and nothing… it’s not my first time dealing with these though as a friend had gifted me a single Mobicam camera from Ross at my baby shower and again, couldn’t get it to work so it was returned. These things SUCK. I ended up purchasing a single camera off Amazon from VTech and have had great success with it.
