Want my refund for black band too!

I ordered both the brown band and the black band together. They were as expected, but still too big for wrist. I returned them both in the same package and only have received the refund for just the brown band and not for the black band. I’ve sent several messages but still have not received a refund for the black band. Wish I could actually talk to someone but can only go through texting. Very aggravating to say the least!
