It fits "like a glove"! I would get again and maybe in different pattern.

The Modal Folio Case for 10.2” iPads (7th,8th,9th generations) is made with quality, thoughtfulness and toughness. Here are the Pros:  Incredibly solid and sturdy, the Modal case is light, not bulky and easy to hold.  It is very easy to “snap” iPad into the Modal case. It fits snug and stays put.  The Modal case has spacious areas around the buttons, ports or openings for the camera, volume +/-, and charging.  The easy placement of the stylus next to the screen and is mounted in the case. The stylus is also easy to remove or just staying put.  The Modal case can be used in an upright position, or a set slightly lifted on its side for multiple viewing angles using the foldable front cover.  The front cover protector with a magnetic clip helps keep the iPad screen from scratches, bumps or inadvertent damaging movements.  The see-thru back of the Modal case is cool because it showcases your iPad color and protection.  There are several different styles, looks and colors that are made from Modal to help you choose the right one for you. Here are the negatives:  The only negative that I had with the Modal case is the folding front cover that makes a stand for the iPad to be upright or on its side. For me, the Modal case never quite seemed to be as solid as it should in the stand mode. Most people will not use this feature, but it is worth mentioning in case it is a deal breaker for certain individuals. I really enjoyed the Modal Folio Case. It has lightweight, great protection, a place the stylus and large openings for useful buttons and/or ports. It was comfortable to play my iPad games for hours. You really cannot go wrong with this case.

Gorgeous case! Got this for my 17 year old daughter and she LOVES it! First impressions, she said it was very pretty. It fits her iPad perfectly and allows easy access. Very versatile. It has several options for how you can use it on a daily basis and various environments [desk, lap, table, fold down tray, bed etcetera]. The overall feel of the case has a high quality vibe and it seems to protect the iPad very well. That's certainly a good thing given the price and mobility of the iPad 10.2"! While a real quality test will take weeks, if not months [or hopefully years] initial feedback is positive. As for value, this seems to fit in as a good value compared to some other options. Are there less expensive cases? Well yes, but a couple that I handled while shopping didn't have the same quality feel. And of course, yes, there are more expensive options but for basic every day use, I find this to be a great option. I would have liked to have posted more pictures, by daughter absconded with it before I could! End of the day, I would recommend this to a friend.

When my wife got a look at this case she wanted it. She loves the look and feel, but not much for the options of propping it up. Build quality feels pretty good for the price. Inserting it into the case is easy and it fits snugly. It looks like it will protect an iPad from knocks and drops pretty well. I like the storage area for an Apple Pencil or other stylus. It’s easy to insert and remove a stylus. Its rounded edges and raised lines makes it easy and comfortable to hold. The soft flocked cover folds to make a stand. The magnetic latch is strong enough to hold and stay in place. The back has 4 tiny feet on it. Handy when it’s covered and you might have to set your iPad down on an unclean surface. Not much use when you’re using your iPad though. The case has an extruded button for the power button making it protrude out beyond the case slightly. It doesn’t take much force to push it to turn the iPad on with the case we are testing, and the tactile feel is lost. This may vary from case to case and could be a problem being too hard or too easy to press. There are large openings for the camera, microphone, speakers, Lightning port and volume buttons. This makes things easy to get to as opposed to some cases I’ve used on tablets and phones that were too small and made use difficult. You can use the cover as a prop - stand. It works ok, but I have some other cases that I think do a better job in that area. My wife came up with an excellent use for the clear plastic back. She put a couple photos between it and the iPad. Now a photo frame too! See photos. Compared to other iPad cases we have and cases we’ve used on Android tablets, we think the Modal case is a good value for the price and recommend it.

Modal folio case for Apple iPad 10.2” 7th, 8th and 9th generation and iPad Air 10.5” 3rd generation. It’s pretty while protecting your iPad. It’s a smooth pretty pink floral cover that has creases to fold into a triangle to use as a stand, has a magnetic closer to the bumper. iPad fit’s snuggly so no worries about it not falling out especially when or if you let your child use it. It does say it provides shock resistance but I do not feel like it’s a rugged drop protection so still need to be a little more careful. The bumper has a clear plastic backing to it and baby pink rubber bumper that matches the pink floral cover perfectly the backside of the cover is pink to match the bumper. It does hold your Apple Pencil which is a plus for me. Has slots for charging no need to remove the case to charge, also a slot to go plug in wired headphones. Light weight & slim. Fits perfect in backpacks & large bags with out taking up to much space. If your girly this pattern is perfect especially if you love pink.

Does provide protection, but the quality leaves a bit to be desired. The kickstand is a little short and the clear plastic scratches easily.

Got it in a pinch for my daughter’s new iPad - which was also bought in a pinch about a year ago before a long trip. So far it held up pretty well, and protects her iPad well.

Intended as a gift and has been not used as yet. Affordable looks to be rugged enough for everyday use. I'm happy and hope they are too!!

Very nice case! As advertised! I wish the back was the same design as the front instead of the clear plastic back, but it's not a deal breaker. Also a slight bummer that it can't rotate to show the iPad vertically. With that being said, it's a great case! Cantg go wrong for the price!
