Posted .Hi Elle! Please be sure when you connect a new antenna to your TV, you must rescan the TV for channels using your remote. Your TV tuners lock in on the channels from your previous antenna and once you disconnect the cable, some signal loss will be seen. If this doesn’t work for you, please contact our support team at 877-825-5572 so they can make a recommendation for the right antenna for your location. Does not get advertised range

Posted .Hi Chad, we are very sorry to hear our Gateway Plus Amplified TV Antenna is not working out for you. There are many factors that can cause TV signal interference, like terrain and obstacles between your home and the TV tower which is most likely why you are not receiving certain channels. Also, you may not need an amplified antenna. Sometimes over-amplification can occur if you are in a shorter distance from the towers and could very well make your signal reception worse. It is also important to remember to place the antenna as high as possible to achieve the best signals, and re-scan for channels each time the antenna is moved to a different location. In these cases, we suggest moving the antenna to a couple different locations and running some additional channels scans after moving the antenna to see if you can pick up the signals that are not coming in.
