Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the Leaf 50 Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna's reception, picture quality, ease of use, and range. Many also praise its ease of installation and the number of channels it receives. However, some customers note inconsistencies in signal strength and suggest that optimal performance may depend on antenna placement. The antenna's compact size and price point are also frequently cited as positive aspects.

We have another of these flat antenna (Wingard) that works okay; but really needed the amplification to pickup all of the UHF channels available. The Mohu was on sale and included the amplifier so we picked it up for our new OLED just so there would be an antenna for it when services went out. The Panel is white on one side and black on the other. I would have preferred the coax cable being white to black; but oh well. We plugged the amplified into the TV's USB rather than use the wall wart. Signal wise, it does a good job and we're happy.

This particular over the air antennae does a pretty good job. It pulls all the local TV stations within it's advertised range; however only when it's a clear day. On cloudy or rainy days it drops 1-2 local stations. If you choose to get this antennae do a scan with the "DTV Air" and not the "Air" scan. I found out you will get more channels that way. Your mileage may vary.

The antenna on the roof was damaged and no longer usable. Instead of risking life and limb to climb to the top of the chimney we purchased this unit and it received 85% of what the large roof antenna did. We are happy with how this is working. The only draw back is that to receive better reception on certain channels needs to re-position the antenna.

This is my second Leaf antenna and I'm totally sold. I use this one in an upstairs bedroom and it picks up over 40 channels. I had to try it in a few locations before I found the best spot, but that was well worth the effort to receive both channel 8 & 19, in addition to all the rest.

I decided to cut the cable TV cord and this product works great. Exceptionally easy to set up and the picture quality is equal to what you get on HD channels. Obviously not as many channel choices but with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. it all you need to save money and cut the cable bill.

I bought this antenna for my bedroom. It actually picks up more channels than my other antenna. I purchased it on sale and am very impressed with the picture quality. It looses a star for the mounting it kept falling off the wall so I ultimately used command strips to hold it up

Everyone in my family is cutting the cable cord so I jumped on board when I moved to a new apartment. I also run my own Plex media server that offers live streaming and DVR. It was recommended to use Mohu. I'm impressed but not that impressed and it's probably because I'm in an apartment with limited angles on the 2nd floor that's approx 20 miles from a few towers. I've tried windows and get chopped receptions. I just didn't think the 1amp 5v USB wall plug is strong enough. I guess if I were to buy a HD homerun connect and a Plex pass you definitely need an outside antenna. I'm satisfied to get Fox and NBC in the morning for the bedroom tv and I found a sweet spot but I'm not getting all the ota channels. I also have a 3ft coax cable that works better for this spot vs the 25' provided.

We are a little over 40 miles away from most of the major stations and ca only get 3 out of the 4. Even the closer ones will blink out for a few seconds every few minutes. My guess that 30 to 35 miles is more reasonable for our flat terrain. I your station antennas are up a hill then the 50 mile range may be more accurate. Otherwise it is a good product.
