Customers regard the Leaf 50 Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna with 60-Mile Range highly for its overall performance, providing clear and crisp channels, and its ability to receive a plethora of channels. The antenna's slim design and small size are also appreciated for seamlessly blending into any decor. However, some customers have noted that the actual range may be less than what is advertised.

I have to mention that I am within 30 miles of most of the towers but for the 3 that are around 55 miles away I still get excellent signals. You will have to play around to get the best position for your area but in any location this is a great product as you can paint to match you wall.

I was happy with how quick this was to connect and set up. The provided cables are sufficiently long to make connecting and mounting the antenna easy. Love how thin and light the antenna is too! Works well - we now get a lot of local HD channels we couldn't get with rabbit ears. Great alternative to high priced cable in our area to watch local HD channels.

I upgraded from an older RCA antenna that was not multi directional. This one is multi directional, HD and "4k ready." Once channels start using 4K over the air, then this antenna will get it. Right now no stations broadcast 4k over the air, so 1080 is the best you get with any antenna, but it is ready. This picks up more stations than my previous antenna. With it being multidirectional it does not need adjustments to pick up channels that broadcast from different towers (north, South, East, West) The cords are very long, which is good if you don't want it right by your TV. I mounted mine in the basement and tied it into the cable wiring of the house so I can use it in all rooms. The signal booster helped push the perfect picture to all rooms. Also, the picture is better than my old hd antenna. Much more crisp on the same TV as the old one. I have not had any lag watching sports.

Using this antenna for a television which is too distant from my wifi to put it on a Roku; it picks up a couple of local stations that I can't get with Roku. Only problem is that at certain times of day, the station signals don't seem strong enough to pull in them in with this antenna. 90% od time it works well.

Have tried several other antennas before. This one ended up working out best for me. Very happy with it. I particularly like that you can pin it to the wall. Makes for easy mounting. It can also be placed in a window, which is nice. Before buying any antenna, I highly recommend you identify where your closest hdtv towers are in relation to you. You will want to determine how many miles away you are, and if there are any large things like mountains or big buildings that could block reception. These are some of the most critical things to determine ahead of time. I recommend googling hdtv antenna map and you will get a couple of decent websites that will show you the nearest towers. Good luck!

I don’t watch much tv anymore so I cut off my cable. It’s great to have basic prime broadcasting channels to at least watch the news and some shows like fox 5. Rather spend the money once then the crazy overpriced monthly bills. Picks up a lot of channels clear and picture is HD quality, then again I live close to the city. B+

Having read the reviews of some customer that boasted they had reception of several dozen TV stations, I was a little overly optimistic. Of course it depends on where you live and which stations are in your range. So check out the antenna before you cut cable service, since you may not have the selection you wanted.

I used to have just the rabbit ears in my tv and constantly needed readjusting - especially when it was windy out! I have this on the wall behind my tv and works good enough but still cuts out when it's super windy out. Other than that I'm happy with the clean look and not worrying about poking eyes out with the rabbit ears!

Replaced a less powerful antenna with this one and the 50 mile range is better than the 30 mile of the last one. I dropped cable and now get great reception and with the Mohu and it was very easy to set up and the flat panel blends into the wall with the enclosed pins.

I recently purchased a new TV for our exercise room. (from Best Buy of course) and decided to try the Leaf 50 instead of paying to have another cable box for that room. I hooked up the Leaf and connected to 27 over the air stations including all of our local channels. Very pleased with the HD quality that the Leaf brings into my TV.

The mohu leaf antenna is the best available. It took me 5 minutes to set it up, scan for channels and start watching. I was able to pull 50 local channels and only had an issue with one channel that didn't like to come in where my antenna was. A few minutes later we found a better spot, used the integrated signal meter and had the channel up and running great. If you are thinking of cutting cable and getting an antenna the mohu leaf is the best choice. It is as thin as paper, easy to set up and easy to use.

Purchased this antenna for a friend as a house warming gift when she moved to an area that did not have access to TV or Internet. Easy setup. She was able to access 32 channels. The only problem was that it only brought in two of the major channels - NBC and ABC. I would still recommend the antenna.

Mohu Leaf 50 Amplified Indoor Antenna much is better than expected. Live on the coast south of Los Angeles approximately 60 miles from most broadcast antennas and the Mohu leaf 50 still pulled in 134 channels (some not in english). In most cases, the picture quality in HD is better then the cable company! We're thinking of cutting the cable and trying this on one of our TV's to see if it works for us... so far, so good. Definitely need to find a suitable place to put the antenna. We tried several places before getting great reception.

I have it in my bedroom on a smart tv to use when I just want to easily watch some of the local channels. I am about 30 miles from downtown Mpls by car. It picks up twenty some stations and they are perfectly clear with the new tv. If you want a good local antenna, this is good for the price.

    Great OTA Antenna

Let me start by saying that this is my first OTA HD antenna, so I have nothing to compare it to. However, I found this antenna did a great job. My home is a two story; the bottom story is brick and plaster and the upstairs is wood. With the antenna only 5' off of the floor on the ground floor, I am able to pull in over 60 channels. Most of them are full signal, and about 10 of them are moderate signal. I have a friend close by that has tried 3 different OTA antennas, none of them are Mohu. He has a single story home with the same brick and plaster. He doesn't get as many channels as I do with this antenna. I will probably replace this antenna downstairs with the Mohu Airwave indoor curved antenna because it doesn't need to be hung on something. This antenna will be moved upstairs. I cannot wait to see how well the Mohu does on the second story.

I live about 30 miles from the broadcast towers and was able to pick up 40 different channels. Now some of them weren't the best but all of the networks and several others come in crystal clear and in HD. I like that it has both black and white sides so it will blend with the room and not be so conspicuous. I do recommend this product.

Haven’t had it long. Have a small house in Asheville with steaming online. Did some online research then went to store. Staff was encouraging, knowledgeable and simply said if it doesn’t work for you, bring it back. Made it much easier than ordering it online and then finding it unsatisfactory. Turns out it works great, unobtrusive, and is hanging behind a wall-mounted television.Easy to hook up to the TV. Receives more stations than I was led to believe.

Cable Cutters Beware Of This Issue

Not complaining about my purchase. My situation is what it is. Just giving buyers a heads up. Cut the cable in the mid 90's. I have FIOS but no TV subscription. I bought a new TV, Roku 4, Sony Blue Ray player, and this Mohu-Leaf amplified antenna for our renovated living room from Best Buy. I have a similar set up upstairs. The 2nd floor TV, with a passive flat panel antenna would easily capture 33 stations. Granted, it is elevated and faces North. We had our home exterior resided with vinyl shakes, Typlar, 1/2" insulation and new double pane windows. Since that project the upstairs TV only gets about 9-13 stations and they are digitally unstable. Have to keep repositioning the antenna. The problem seems to be that the foil backing of the foam insulation beneath the siding is blocking the TV signal. The BB sales rep suggested this amplified Mohu-Leaf to me. Said he's never had one returned. So I bought it in confidence. Unfortunately, the only way to receive a decent signal with it is to place it outside of the window and at that it only receives about 9 stations. I tried it on the upstairs configuration and it was just as bad. Another problem I have is that the downstairs TV exposure is South West and enshrouded with tall trees. I may have to install an attic antenna and have it wired to the living room. Or, hate to say it, subscribe to FIOS. Bummer.

This i got because it has the white collar that match the wall in room. So doesn't stand out with black color like others antenna. in my condo in NYC. It picked up almost all the basic channel except one and to received that channel i have to reposition the antenna but if i did that i lost a different channel.. oh well.

This little Antenna is unobtrusive with good reception. Works great. Don't forget to move it around a little bit behind the TV or wherever you hang it to figure out where you get the best coverage of your local TV stations. Works wonderfully! Great Price!
