The power is good but the ease of use is pretty complicated.
My old Sharp had an easier touch pad and it was hidden.
Overall, it is a good microwave and I like the extra power.

We have only used our Monogram under the counter microwave a few times but we are very happy with it. The display panel is easy to use and very pretty. It cooks quickly and is solidly built. It is also very quiet.

NEVER buy a Monogram built in microwave.
It is mediocre at best. Then the motor broke after 6 months. After several calls and lots of red tape, it still going to take TWO MONTHS for them to fix this inoperable hunk of metal. They refuse to replace it. So, buy this only if you want to also buy a $100 microwave that will actually work.
