Our Beverage Center was delivered and installed but there was no handle in the box. The mounting tool & posts were included. When contacting BB service, they said that we had to purchase a handle separately! (Would you buy a car without tires... purchase them separately! All pictures on the website show a refrigerator with handles!) The solution was to return the perfectly good refrigerator as defective and get another one to replace it. WASTE! The service people were ill-informed and from one person to another, the stories were different. poor and frustrating service!

We had an older model which needed to be replaced. This newer model is slightly smaller inside but more importantly it did not include a door handle. The handle has to be purchased separately and is pricey.

Wish had a hidden interior hinge because it isn’t really integrated into my cabinetry like I thought it would be due to the way the door opens. Sort of ruined the flow of my kitchen style. Otherwise, like it okay. The racks sort of flop/roll open on their own.

Great beverage center but don’t forget to buy the handle which is sold separately…. Took off a star because it felt like the manufacturer wanted to nickel and dime us. It’s a fridge…. Shouldn’t the handle be free?? Luckily Best Buy clued us in that we had to purchase it separately.

its disgusting after paying $2200 it came without door handle, its like buying mercedes with driver door missing, in picture or description missin handle is not mentioned, what a cheat.

Good product have it for years just got a new model

Unit is a perfect size and functions extremely well. Install was easy and unit has great design. A bit surprised temperature for this beverage unit is not able to be set below 40 degrees. Most refrigerators allow settings down to 35 degrees.

Looks beautiful but temperature will not go below 40F, very disappointing, not good for beer or soda
