Unfortunately we were a little shocked as the pictures of this product include the silver frame. The microwave is considered a "special order" and you would assume that some where it would have linked the frame or called out the frame did not come with it. We were actually in the store with management when this was ordered, so really don't know how we missed this.
Long story short... $300 more dollars later we will get the frame that goes with it....
