This item was very expensive considering what I use to buy long ago. I was very happy with the previous microwave but somehow while cleaning it the inside crapped out. Anyway, GE's suggested this one compatible to the other microwave. The other microwave was very quite when you closed the door. This one slams load very load when you close the door. this one is load when the turn table is heating up food. completely different. I dont recommend. I called BEST BUY, FERGUSON and GE to see if they can replace, was told this is the updated version of what I had and no other MONOGRAM is available. the other was discontinued. RATS!!!!
