The delivery of the product was delayed twice at the last minute. Your sales department was not informed of all the changes that happened. Best Buy should offer a 15 % sales
rebate to me for this horrible delay.

I've owned this refrigerator for just over five years. It broke down and would not stay cool. The multiple repairs were very costly and were not covered by the product warranty. I'm not even sure if it will continue working yet. When I pay a premium price, I expect a premium product. This is not premium.

Avoid GE Monogram at all costs

This is the worst appliance I have ever owned. I have the full GE Monogram lineup (oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge and fridge. I’ve had to have the fridge repaired 8 times and it still doesn’t work properly!!! The oven has had to be repaired twice (once an igniter went out, and a weld for the shelf broke). These products are not well built and an absolute disappointment.
