Monogram Beeps

It replaces at GE Profile induction cooktop that was damaged in a power surge. This looks wonderful with my white and gray countertops as opposed to the all black cooktop. 9 days after install though, it began beeping nonstop but gives no error codes and still works. I will update with the issue once it is resolved.

This cooktop is pricy but gorgeous

I wanted a cooktop that stood out from the crowd, most induction cooktops are black and all look the same. It is considered a premium model so was on the expensive side, but looks and functions great so far. Cooking oil and food that is sandwiched between the pot or pan can get crusted on (same with any induction cooktop), but a magic eraser style sponge easily removes it without scratching. My photos don't do this cooktop's looks justice

A smart move away from a gas cooktop

Expensive but worth every penny

We used to have a Samsung before and it drove us nuts because a droplet from a removed lid or wiping off a spill would turn the darn thing off. Not experianced that issue with this model.

Frustrating

The install was pushed back until 6/14 and the new stovetop doesn’t turn on. Installer left with my old stovetop which did work. Now I am waiting until 7/28 for new install unless Best Buy pushes that date back again. Pathetic! Rating for Customer Service not product because it does not work.
