This is a professional range. It is amazing. Easy to use and cooking results are fantastic. For Example, we prepare salmon using the broiler feature using the top shelf in the highest position. Cooking time is about 8 minutes (depending on the thickness of the filet. We blacken ours and the top has a nice crust texture while the fish is very moist (not dryed out at all). Better than any I have had eating out.
