Ordered beginning of dec. Got delivery date of 12/31. Never showed up. Called and they said it was out of stock and was showing available in Feb. They never called us to let us know it was going to be delayed. Had electrictians on site with no kit to install. They charged our card when ordered when they did not have the part. They said it would take 7-10 to refund charge that was for item they never had.
