Couldn't return Monster HDMI cables

ZERO stars. Beware! Poor customer service. Couldn't return Monster HDMI cables to my Best Buy store nor to the seller. They were purchased online on Christmas day. Monster said items were beyond the "return window". Monster lies in your face that "this policy is in place to help ensure that Best Buy remains a safe and reputable place to shop for all customers" although the Best Buy store accepted my other items purchased online at the same time. Couple email exchanges later and Monster still didn't provide the "return window" timeframe. In my opinion Best Buy remains a safe place; and very reputable - unlike Monster.
