    If your a monster hunter fan or just wanted to try out MH side games! It’s worth looking into and is a fun time! The controls are clunky but it’s a minor nitpick It’s a constant reminder of Pokémon to those familiar with the franchise You won’t regret it!

    A cute version of Monster Hunter for children or adults who are growing weary of the same game being re-released over again. Seriously, a breath of fresh air, MH is like Pokemon... getting stale.

    A much better entry point to the mounter hunter universe. Plays more like a pokemon rpg rather than a traditional monster hunter. Has a lot of charm and great for kids. you do not need to have played the first one.

    I’m a big fan of the mainline Monster Hunter games, but this is an EXCELLENT JRPG spinoff. One of my favorite things about the Monster Hunter games is the incredible designs given to the monsters, and now I can actually ride them instead of slay them. The story was pretty good, too, and it gets pretty dark despite the cute art style that the game has. My biggest complaint about Stories 2 is the frame rate on Switch. The framerate gets so bad that it literally looks like you’re watching a slideshow. I would rate this game 5 stars, but the framerate issues force me to give it 4 stars.
