This is the first Monster Hunter that has actually drawn me in. I tried to give the series a chance before but the resource management killed what should have been the draw--hunting monsters. Now that it's been streamlined, the core grind that makes the series fun is brought to the forefront and it's an addictive formula. Just be warned that this is essentially a boss rush game, where you'll fight the same bosses again and again.

This is a good game with great graphics, sound, and environments. Great immersion when on a missions. The combat takes some getting used to but once you master the different weapons, the depth adds to that immersion factor. If your into this series or co-op RPGs, check it out.

Been a veteran Monster Hunter, I've played so many different versions in the past. this is the truly first MH in HD. The graphic is amazing, and if you have a PS4 Pro, there is even more customization to choose from. Play style is great, Capcom managed to maintain most of the actions for each weapon type. Overall, great game, really enjoying it.

The monster hunting games pit you, a tiny Hunter, against giant terrifying monsters of all types. The hunters are thrills through and through, and although it can be a bit tough to get a hang of the combat at first, once you do you'll be pulling off insane and exciting combos in no time. This is truly a game that keeps on giving

The downloadable demo for this game is awful. The demo teaches you nothing and is super confusing. If you played the demo, do not let that affect your opinion of the actual game. Give the full game a try. It's very fun and creative. This is coming from a person who had no interest in Monster Hunter because the demos are so bad.

Monster Hunter World offers an experience you cannot find in other games. With 4 player cooperative play and various weapon loadouts, each mission is unique in combat. Precise movements are essential to winning fights and every monster has specific weaknesses, so having a good team composition will be necessary to win battles.

This is an addictive gameplay experience, hunting and carving better weapons and armor from the prey you'd just slain. A rewarding experience after hunting down a monster with your friends or fellow gamers online.

While some of the mechanics have been changed for a different approach in hunting, it's still the Monster Hunter game you love. You may have read complaints of less content than other games but trust me unless you are going to spend more than 500 hours on this game you will definitely have enough content to last you.

Easily over 100 hours in the game so far. Very fun to play with friends. Constantly giving you updates and new FREE content such as addition of more monsters like the Deviljho. Very well made game and constant improvements. Combat is a tad bit slow feeling at first but once you get used to it you will flow just fine.

This is a far better version to play than the previous one from the Nintendo Wii. Which was still fun none-the-less. Graphics are awesome and even better. Bought two copies so I could play with my son on our PS4 when he's away! He's a fanatic and the one that got me into playing! Awesome improvements and playability!!!

Monster hunter has various play styles for whoever is playing, for the more dedicated player to the more casual one. Along with that with the various weapons at ones disposal, which allows proper time for one to find the best weapon that matches their fighting style.

Monster Hunter World is the best online coop game I have played in years and just one of the best games I've played in years can't recommend enough for anyone looking to play a great coop game tons of content tons of fun and free dlc too come just makes it even more worth it don't wait to get your hands on this one

This was my first Monster Hunter game that I played, and I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed it. There was somewhat of a learning curve to how the game and combat worked, but soon I was hooked. There are plenty of monsters to hunt and there is no lacking in the challenging department.

I bought Monster Hunter World to get into the series its a fun and interesting game. I liked the world and premise of the game. The series has had a long history and lore. I wanted to get the game to play with my close group of friends but not many of them wanted to get into the series, but i still enjoyed my time with the game and still own it.

Was a little worried I'd be overwhelmed since I haven't played any of the monster Hunter series but I jumped right into the lore and almost immediately felt like a lifelong fan. Gorgeous environments and soooo much to do to keep you busy even after the main story. I'm at 100+ hours and still discovering new things

Great game for anyone interested in an adventure by yourself or with friends in multiplayer coop. It challenges you to think strategically to fight each monster and each monster is unique in their own way. If you have 2 or more friends that are looking for a game to play with then you should definitely get this

This is an awesome game. Has something for many different play styles. The weapons are so varied, as well as the armor. The fighting is great, and really makes you feel awesome for defeating the bigger monsters. The story isn't riveting, but it is interesting. Lots of stuff to craft and unlock.

Monster Hunter: World is the culmination of years of series veterans wanting Capcom to make the jump to modern consoles/PC, and oh boy does it deliver. Enormous environments packed with life and useful items, extremely rewarding combat system, and enough content to keep anyone hunting for hundreds of hours.

Really fun game to play with a group of friends, lots of grinding to do though.

This game is amazing! I put in 34 hours in less than a week! As a fan of the series, the streamlined changes are amazing. Who needs paintballs? Newcomers, this is a great place to start!!! I was afraid this series would be stuck with portable graphics, but I was wrong! This is a beautiful game. Just buy it!
