I brought the Geek Squad protection monthly plan for my phone to have coverage in case things go wrong from liquid damages or cracked screens. My phone is holding up so far, but I thought included theft protection but it does not. I should've did more research.

This option is a great choice compared to other retailers who do not give this option! Continual protection at an affordable price!

I still have it and its a great service.. i would consider doing the yearly if you dont want to have monthly payments.

They helped out of a problem of Experian blocking my dryer purchase due a hold on my account I did not realized I had because I do not shop large items often.

Always nice to know you have a backup to help with your phone

If they do not have the same phone as an option to purchase, they give you the store credit and then you have to exchange your phone immediately to get the other phone even if they don't have the other phone in stock, leaving you without a phone for 3 or 4 days not to mention losing all of the data.

Definitely worth the purchase had my phone stolen and they refunded me the money for it

Geek squad has been an excellent operation to work with and always professional about the services they provide. They're my go to for any and all devices I have been insuring.
