I love it but the it almost over then i will no longer be able to call or take my i-pad in to best buy . And thats going to be sad. Only if i buy another one. I will ony be anle to get help ji i pay. Lord i hop l am wrong. Please someone tell me if i can still get help with my i- pad if i need it. Thank you. The customer.

I am a fan of applecare for the hotline and store help access because I almost always need help with each iphone or whatever device I buy past the free 90 day window. Comes free on apple devices at best buy when you're a total care member or whatever they call it which is great and adds up when you have 5 iphones, 2 ipads, etc.

It's amazing that Apple Care was included on my wife's new iPhone because we are BB Total members. If you are not a Total member, do it! Saves so much money and hassle when something goes wrong. We haven't had to use the Apple Care but have used Total so much. Definitely worth it.

I dropped my iPhone in the water for the second time! The first time I did not have AppleCare and had to pay full price for a replacement. The second time I had AppleCare and only paid $99 for a replacement.
