    It’s cheaper through the tech program but doesn’t cover loss or theft. And no option to purchase extra coverage

    When you purchase an item and Best Buy says it has a 24 month warranty..... The scam is you have to have the Total Tech Membership, and if you don't buy anything for awhile...guess what, your membership expires and so does the 24 month ''warranty''. What a scam!!!!! NEXT TIME I WILL BE BUYING ALL MY APPLE PRODUCTS STRAIGHT FROM APPLE!! You get a 2 year warranty..PERIOD! Best Buy do better!
