    I have enjoyed working with best buy geek squad for all my repairs. I highly recommend getting apple care through best buy or purchasong tge total tech membership for included Apple care.

    Apple care used to be an automatic purchase for me since they were really helpful and would repair or replace stuff. Over the last year it’s been bad across the board. My 2019 MacBook keeps shutting off and has obvious gpu issues. They replaced the logic board and the problems got worse. It’s been in 3 more times since then and all they’ll do is reinstall MacOS. They said they’d replace it but only after it’s been repaired 3 times and they refuse to repair it. I’m gonna end up selling it for parts with Apple care still active on it. Last year I cracked my phone screen for the first time. Unpaid the deductible to have it repaired. Tel hey replaced everything but the frame and didn’t properly seal it, so a few months later water got in. The repair itself is supposed to have a year warranty but they made me pay an even higher fee to replace the phone with a refurbished device after water got in from their bad repair.

    I am delighted my granddaughter will have this gir 2 years. It is good to know if there are any issues or problems it will be taken care of.

    WORST COMPANY EVER. MY LAPTOP WAS STOLEN IN THE MAIL!!! They marked what was inside!! I have been waiting over a week for a replacement & they canceled it!
