    I love that Best Buy offers Apple Care coverage included in the total tech membership. That’s an awesome benefit and it’s also great that BB is an authorized Apple servicer.

    I wasn't informed by the seller that there was a different tier that cover theft and loss. What a surprise when I call Apple Care and they tell me that my phone is not covered for this situation. What a rip-off both by Apple and Best Buy.
