Apple care is awesome! If a problem arises, Apple Care+ is great and the service can be completed at your local Best Buy Store.

I get Apple Care with every Apple product had to use it once for an I phone made a appointment at Apple store went in on the same day walked out with another phone to replace my broken one in about 1/2 an hour

There were several issues with my new ipad when transferring all the data from the old to new. A new concern would arise after a fix was completed. Each BB service tech worked endlessly, tirelessly, and diligently to solve the problem at hand. They all did it with a smile. They are quite knowledgeable and made me feel confident that they would be successful with my new “baby”. And they were!

I’ve how do use this twice, great protection, because I haven’t lost one cell phones, original glass,, however, I have lost two of the shields takes about five minutes to get a new one put on by geek squad well worth the investment

My mom has very poor hearing and never wants to use her hearing aids because they are uncomfortable. She is always in her iPhone for work and when I saw that these had the hearing aid feature I thought it would be a nice Xmas gift. These changed her life. She can hear and wears them every day. The only complaint from her is that she wishes the battery life was longer.
