I've been using AppleCare since it was offered and I've had to cash in a few times. Twice, I've washed my air pods, and both times I've had the accidental coverage with AppleCare and there were no questions asked on replacement. On another occasion I was holding my phone in my mouth to hold the flashlight (I swear this is true) and as the phone started to slip out of my mouth I instinctively bit down, cracking the glass home button of that model iPhone at the time. Again, no grief at the store, I paid my deductible and they handed me a replacement. All of my replacement devices have been flawless. If they weren't new, I wouldn't have been able to tell. Some people buy a case, others buy AppleCare+

I appreciate the peace of mind that comes with buying products at Best Buy with AppleCare. I never worry about what might happen to the item. I recently returned an espresso machine that did not work out for us, and the process was completely hassle-free. I buy most of my major electronics at Best Buy now because I trust AppleCare.

Love it. Use the model, an apple a day keep viruses away. In all, apple have great care for the products that it sale. Having apple care is a great bonus. If it breaks you are covered only having to pay a small deductible to get it fixed or replaced. It gives you peace of mind knowing that you are covered regardless of what happens. That’s the power of APPLE CARE. Highly recommended especially if you have kids. It will save you tons in the long run.

I opted for the monthly AppleCare+ plan because it's much easier to budget for than a large upfront payment. It's great that I can keep the coverage for as long as I have my device. The process is simple, and it covers everything I need.
