Only worth it through total Tech membership.

Apple literally designs their products to make them horribly expensive to repair if you don't have their Apple Care protection plan. Otherwise asurion's laptop protection plan beats this any day of the week. Price for fix is about the same or cheaper, and I've often had Asurion just give me a refund for the device rather than fix it. That includes price of the product plus tax in the form of an Amazon gift card.

Garbage

I’ve sent my beats earbuds in on October 22, 2025 because the mic stopped working and instead of being given a replacement or expedited repair they sent it to Apple snail mail, where it’s been sitting since October 28th (that’s how long it took before it actually got to Apple! I could have just dropped it off there myself. BestBuys ridiculous Total Member service is a joke and so is the fake Apple Care they offer. Just buy your stuff on Amazon and get their warranty.
