I chose the monthly AppleCare+ option because it spreads out the cost and keeps things flexible. It’s nice having coverage without paying everything upfront, especially if plans change later. I like that it still provides the same general peace of mind as the full coverage approach. The only downside is that monthly payments can sneak up over time, so you want to make sure you’re still getting value.

AppleCare is a thing everyone should purchase when buying anything apple

Apple has some of the best customer service available. Pros: Easy to get a native English speaker and get forwarded to the correct department. Cons: Some first-line representatives lack knowledge about some products.

For those who require Apple peace of mind, it's well worth the price. I would suggest buying Best Buy's total tech if you buy things regularly from Best Buy since you will automatically receive Apple Care as a member of that program.
