Used the geek squad for advice and troubleshooting and we were very pleased with their knowledge and service! We will definitely use again. The only issue was with the timing of being seen when you have an appointment. Seems very disorganized with people without an appointment trying to jump ahead of those with appointments. They did not control the line well.

I would consider Best Buy to have the best products and best insurance policy compared to any other electronic store.

Peace of mind & perqs. If Any issues occur they'll send a team and labor is covered. Haven't used but just the price adjustments alone make it worthwhile

Best Buy ALWAYS has exactly what I need when it comes to technology. The protection plan is worth its weight in gold, especially with all the purchases we've made over the years. The representatives in the store are also a tremendous help!

I had a small problem with my HP laptop and took it to the geek squad for help. Within twenty minutes the problem was solved and I Was on my way. The gook squad is the greatest.

I have been paying for this protection for several years. It is very good while it is in effect. The only thing i dont like is that it doesnt protect the purchased items while the policy is contuously running. After 2 years of purchase date, the warranty no longer covers. Most items outlast the warranty. So the warranty basically only covers when the items are fairly new and unlikely to break down. They should be covered while the warranty is being paid and you own the product.

Protection has been great. Had to get a laptop fixed. Took extra time because the manufacturer didnt have parts for a 1 year old laptop. Geeksquad got a (better) third party motherboard and fixed it up.

The Best Buy Protection Plan has me covered on everything from my laptop to my Apple Watch. It’s easy to use, and knowing all my tech is protected gives me real peace of mind.

In my opinion is always worth it to have your more expensive devices covered under some type of warranty, and thankfully with my total tech membership everything that has the option for insurance automatically gets enrolled in it.

The Geek Squad has some awesome and amazing people who has a patient, experience, understanding and caring heart. They don’t talk above your head. They take their time in making sure that I was completely satisfied with the experience that I received from them. I thank God for honesty and integrity that they have shown me.

We purchased a 24 month protection/help policy after purchasing a new laptop. We have used the policy twice in the first month! What a valuable and economic plan!! We brought the laptop into our Best Buy and both times the consultant was able to correct what was preventing us from using it. Both issues were software issues that the technician was able to correct within 15 minutes or so at no additional cost to us. We would have been struggling for days and not known what was wrong. Thank you Geek Squad!!!!

Best Buy protection plans are perfect for my needs. Easy and simple to use. I use it for all of my equipment and have never had any issues.

Nobody likes to pay for extra protection, but the reality is that you never know when you will need it.

There's a certain level of peace of mind when you know even if something malfunctions you're covered.

The Best Buy Protection is a good value. Normally I don't like extended warranties but this was too good a deal to pass up.

This Lenovo Yogi laptop has been terrific. The battery life is very good and the screen is vibrant. It was a nice upgrade from Windows 10 and the Best Buy sale was great. If I see another Best Buy sale for same or equivalent, I will purchase one or two more for my family members. Apparently Lenovo runs special manufacturing runs for Best Buy during the year.

Protection is always a must and one that applies to all my purchases for one annual fee is great!
