I am very satisfied with the purchase, having always the ease that I can get the best offers and the much needed protection plans, cause we all know that technical devices can show glitches sometimes.

This is a must have when you purchase anything nowadays. I feel better knowing I'm protected.

Purchased with the intent of conveniently playing keyboard and mouse games while not at home, and it exceeded expectation performance wise. Its a good value for its price, at the time i bought it anyway. The only drawback is that i wish the battery life was better, you will more than likely spend the most of your time near an outlet with this laptop.

haven’t needed to use my Best Buy Protection Plan yet, but I love having it for the extra security. It feels great knowing that if anything happens, I’m covered and won’t have to worry. Totally worth adding to any major purchase!

Geek Squad has been my savior a couple of times, first on my old laptop with a blue screen and now with transfer of old data to my new laptop. Who could ask for better service than a less than 24 hour turn around and always, always such great customer service attitude and professionalism.

24 Months of Protection is great. No issues with my laptop so far but will use this protection once its needed!
