I was able to use the protection plan less than 3 weeks after purchasing a new Lenovo Yoga 9i as there was a crack in the screen. Best Buy would not replace it, therefore I had to use the plan to get a new screen. It was sent out & took 3 and a half weeks to receive back - longer than I had owned it.

Have not used it yet, but it was very easy to enroll.

Spectacular laptop. This has all the features and speed needed for photo editing. Photos is what this is mostly used for. The RGB extras are great and keep this laptop vibrant and fun to use.

No need for use yet. Comfort knowing my grandaughter has!

I love having protection for all devices I am purchasing from Best Buy, Beach I purchase a lot for my company. The best time I remember was when I just got my brand new lap top and in 3 month something happened with its screen. Best Buy just gave me a new lap top in 5 min! It was an amazing experience. Now I am trying to buy everything only there, just in a case. I want to thank Ivan who works on South Beach office. He is always the best !

Perfect device for playing video games on Steam. I connect the laptop to my 75” 4k tv when i’m at home, you’d think I have a regular console but I’m actually playing games on a superior device!
