The "My Best Buy Plus is a great feature to have. It provides a nice 24-month protection plan. This is a nice feature to have.

staffs are friendly, patient, helpful overall, willing to spend time, sometimes if it's not what staff is familiar with, willing to give it try and sometimes ended up with good outcome. I feel like have personal consultant without paying hefty premium

I strongly recommend taking it when buying something expensive, you definitely don't want to repair it yourself

I've had this laptop for two months. While there have been some pain points, this might be the laptop for you if - need a 2-in-1 laptop/need a touchscreen - want decent dedicated graphics - want a nice display The Good: For all that is packed into this laptop, it's still relatively light. The display is amazing. I use an LG C2 OLED for work, and this display easily rivals it. The performance is snappy and while it does get hot, tweaking some of the CPU options is enough to keep the heat manageable. Gaming performance is excellent The Bad I think this laptop needs a few more BIOS patches before it would be perfect. There are times when the keyboard/trackpad doesn't reactivate when swapping back tent/tablet mode, which requires a hard reboot. When waking from sleep, the wifi is often not connected, and takes a minute before network connectivity is restored. The keyboard is not the best. I wasn't looking for a Thinkpad-quality keyboard, but my 2022 Zephyrus G14 that I sold to purchase this laptop had much better feedback and an overall better typing experience. Asus also made the odd choice to use an HDMI 2.0 port instead of a 2.1 port, crushing my hopes for 4K at 120hz on my monitor. The only spark of hope here is that in many reviews it is mentioned that one of the ports would be updated to USB 4. There's a beta BIOS for the G14 to enable this, so my fingers are crossed that the X16 gets that update as well. Is it worth it? $2700 is a lot of money for a laptop. On a good day, you could buy a gaming laptop and a tablet for that price, but then you would have two devices to carry around. I work in software development, and I wanted something I could code on, draw diagrams and take notes with, and play games in the evening. The closest comparable laptop is the Surface Laptop Studio, but the X16 has vastly superior specs. I have a lot of hope for this laptop. I would say this is still a great buy if you need the kind of flexibility this laptop provides. The disabled keyboard/trackpad issues will hopefully be fixed in the near future, but at this price, it is frustrating that these types of issues exist. The HDMI 2.0 port was a glaring mistake that hopefully will be fixed if this laptop gets updated with a USB 4 port. The keyboard should be better at this price point. I want to love this laptop because it gives me 90% of what I need. I don't regret my purchase, but I would only advise buying this laptop if you can accept the current drawbacks.

very nice laptop for graphics related work . the battery the display everything is wonderful and worth the money

One of the best laptops I've ever had work with. It's been a while without using laptops, but this one is very close to my gaming desktop. Best option to travel. I highly recommend this one if you are an architect, graphic designer or interior designer. and also works very well with AAA games.

This protection plan is incredible. definitely helpful.

Highly recommend purchasing this insurance. In the decade+ I've shopped at Best Buy, I couldn't make a better recommendation than this. Best Buy's insurance policy is one of the best in the business. If I've EVER had an issue, I just bring the item in and they either have replaced the item on the spot (no questions asked), or they're able to fix it right away. Do NOT miss out on purchasing this insurance for ANY medium or high dollar item.
