    Good to have Geek squad assistance and care , but wish the cost was not so high. I thought the price was for 2 years, but was actually the cost for each of the two years.

    First thing I did was install a case for the phone.The first concert I went to the phone was accidentally knocked out of my hands twice. Nothing happened but it's good to know you have an extended warranty.

    I 'am replacing my HP all in one with this new computer, it is over three times faster then my old one. The Battery was going dead in my All in one , the GEEK SQUAD will not open any all in one, they have to send them off they said it would take 5 to 6 weeks to get it back. I Recomend Buying this computer.

    Interesting approach to a membership. Sounds like it may be worth it, i know we saved $400 on an orbi setup, with 2 satellites, just because I'm a TotalTech member. We haven't tried the getting stuff fixed part yet, but I do know Best Buy has ALWAYS had my back on anything I brought back. Let's hope that yrend continues in that aspect. Overall I'd have to say it's left a couple hundred $$$ to the good, in my pocket already.
