Great purchase, all my data transferred from old to new computer with no extra charge. Then after two weeks my printer would not print. I could print test pages but computer signals did not go through. I called GEEK SQUAD and they were able to update my drivers (printer is several years old) and got it working like new. No wait for a tech to come out and no toting printer to the shop.

I would recommend for Best Buy customers to purchase this. It’s worth it.

Piece of mind. This was a easy sell, the Geek Squad explained what was included in the package. The repaired my lap top and took information off my desk top at couldn't be fix I bought a great new desk top, wireless keyboard and mouse. I also got a discount on my new Samsung watch ⌚️. It is a no brainer if you going to buy at Best Buy.

The protection plan used to be fantastic—so much so that it was a major factor in where I bought my electronics. I’ve been subscribed for years, confident that if something went wrong, I’d be taken care of. Recently, my work laptop developed an issue, and Best Buy refused to honor the plan I originally purchased. Instead, I was told about a new version of the plan—one that now includes a “service fee” and far less coverage. On top of that, I’ve been without my laptop, which is vital for my job, for weeks. The plan has gone from a great value to sub-par at best. Add in the fact that you no longer earn Best Buy points unless you use their credit card, and the customer value has dropped even further. As soon as I get my laptop back, I’ll be canceling my protection plan—and I won’t be shopping at Best Buy again. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch, and while my business may not hurt Best Buy, refusing to support them is the only recourse I have.

With the advance in phone technology I have used a laptop less and less. I still prefer the desktop for business, personal finance and investments. The iPhone is nice to keep track but I am more comfortable making changes and running "what ifs" on the desktop. Over the years we have bought desktops from virtually every manufacturer. I feel that HP is a good price point for me given what I want to do.

My wife was looking for a desktop for our office, and we had decided on this one because the specs on this one was about the best you could get at a budget price. This desktop computer does not disappoint at all, and I do some mild gaming on the computer without any hiccups. Love this desktop!!!

With my Total Tech membership, I get additional protection on all my new tech. Covers it for about as long as I keep it.

This modem is awesome, and I went directly to Best Buy to help me to get it ready. Just love it so much. Best buy is AWESOME. The modem is so fast and efficient. I would suggest to anyone else that is having an older modem since this new one is very fast.
