Good protection, gives us ease of mind while we are working

Bought computer for my wife, who uses it primarily for email and searching articles on the internet. A little bit of overkill for these routine tasks but she likes it so I do too. My only complaint is that it does not have a DVD writer/reader or any USB-C ports - both of which would be useful.

It's protection for my computer, I'm not sure what you want me to put?

I have had to use this protection for a few items and they were always quick to respond and help resolve any issues I have had. The downside is the $49 fee each time I had to use it

The HP Envy Desktop replaced by Dell computer which was nearly seven years old and couldn't keep up with the new software. My computer is fast and the price was right. The agent that helped me select a computer that has excellent speed and plenty of space on my hard drive. It's smaller than my previous desktop and I am very happy with it.

Very nice computer and easy to setup. Staff was wonderful with their service and helped me find the product right away. Was in and out in 5 minutes

This product is very good, this product is great for my computer and the keyboard is also indisputably great. I have not had any displeasure, no problem at the moment with this device has not given me any electrical problems.

Absolutely worked when we needed it to work. We had issues with my moms computer and they fixed it immediately.

I can rest easy knowing that if I have any questions or need any help with troubleshooting my tower help and support are at my fingertips knowing uncovered helps me sleep at night

I am glad to have Best Buy's protection, especially when purchasing technology that I am not familiar with—like a new computer. It reassures me that I am covered as I familiarize myself. It would be perfect if it were a little less expensive.

For an intel i3 HP did very well. One thing though.. If you know what you are doing, please either have Geeksquad set up this device, or wipe it clean. Even though this has an SSD, McAfee causes a lot of slow down for absolutely no reason whatsoever and there is a lot of other bloatware on here enabled by default. The user experience after updates and a full system cleaning makes it run lightning fast So yeah, just a small amount of work needed upfront, but that's general on all windows PCs anyway

i like my new computer and printer, the qeek squad is amazing,very helpful and nice, the ink cartridges are easier to put in the printer than the last printer i had

The monthly protection plan isnt to bad if its for a simple device that you know the kids might damage but it is cery affordable. Plus you can have ut for back up until you get protection for the devices like a cover or protector.

I feel much safer tech wise since I purchased BB Protection Plan .

There when i need it and customer service is great with me.

Best Buy protection plan is worth having on products in case of incidents
