This desktop should be more capable than many people need. It has the components above average that will serve your computing demands, unless you are competing with NASA. Since you have made the choice to obtain it through Best Buy, this is important. Any issues that may concern you, will be addressed by their highly educated and proficient repair professionals, and beyond that, their Geek Squad is always standing ready to make adjustments, solve problems, even from miles away by remote activity. A few times, Geek Squad was summoned by me, but simple adjustments were easily done to address the issues, and put the matter to rest in no time.

I gave this 5 stars because I cannot justify a lesser rating. I have not had occasion to use this, but since my favorite Geek Squad tech, Alex, recommended it. I feel that if I have an issue, I will be glad I did. I usually do not buy protection or warranty offers.

We got a new Lenovo - IdeaCentre AIO 27" FHD IPS LCD Touch-Screen All-In-One for Mike. He loves it. He's still on Microsoft, but this is the one to be on. He had true peace of mind knowing Best Buy would take care of his new baby if anything happened.

I never have any issues. When i take my equipment that is under protection, they help me self the issue and replace items or get them fixed for me.
