Cannot rave enough abt the Geek Squad. Every person i encountered was very knowledgeable and didnt give me an answer that i didnt understand. Their suggestions for moving forward always gave me good ideas. 100% worth hvg them behind you

Best Buy protection plan is absolutely worth it! Saved money already on PCs

It's a shame you need this but you do. Geek Squad is the best squad ever: Polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable and actually caring. I had to replace/exchange the computer within 2 weeks and redo data transfer, so I don't know about the company's longer warranty.

Love the HP desktop! I have had my HP laptop for 5 years and decided to switch to the desktop version.

This is my first PC so I don't have a baseline to go off of. However, so far it has exceeded my expectations. The fans can get a tad bit loud but it isn't a big deal when I am gaming with my headset on!

Appreciate the intro and explanation of why having the PROTECTION Plan is in my best interest, rather than the one-year manufacturer warranty.

my new computer crashed because of a corrupted windows 11 update. All was restored at no cost due to this protection as well as geek squad support
