The warranty program saved us on this purchase! The service to with the Geek Squad was absolutely AMAZING! He was beyond helpful and completely saved my sanity on this. The computer we bought never worked, brand new and got a dead computer. I was very upset that i had just spent the money for a brand new computer only to have it not work. The warranty program best buy offered however got us a new computer . The upside off the situation is that the guy helping us was phenomenal and went above and beyond to help us get things figured out and fixed.

Great Value & Benefits. I never have trouble wenever i have to make a claim. Often, i can resolve it by bring in broken item into the store.

I love my Best buy protection plan. If you have a computer, tablet, phone, etc you really need Best buy protection plan. You never know when you're device is going to break down. The protection plan makes it easy to get it fixed at much less cost. I would definitely recommend this Best buy protection plan to anyone and everyone.
