This is such a durable, reliable machine that I don't believe that it really needs extended protection of any sort, but it's so affordable (and one never knows)....why not? Very friendly and a pleasure to use. I'm old and beginning to mentally deteriorate, but I still scan to do pdfs for health care submissions, read the paper, listen to Amazon Music, Zoom, and read my Kindle books. I don't need superfast pc or monitor for gaming cuz I'm past that, but it is more than adequate for the word processing, etc that I do.

Has paid for itself every year. Which tells you how poor so many things are made now.

Best Buy Protection is a must buy. They will help setup your computer when you can't. It is a must have Protection.

Recommend the protection program! Price is great to take the worry out of any problems.

I received 24 months of protection for my new computer, but you don't get it unless you have a Best Buy Total membership. Kind of an expensive service policy.

Not too much I can say here because I have only used this service one time. But the one time I needed it, it was there for me and everything wen't smoothly. Warranties are just like insurance, you hate to pay for it and rarely use it to justify the cost, BUT..... when you do need it, you're glad you have it. I'm glad to always have my Best Buy Total Tech warranties on all my purchases.

Best insurance in the market the one from Bestbuy because I deal directly with the company instead of third parties who are trying not to lose money and care zero f... about our problem. Bestbuy resolves issues fast.
